Preview Sale, For my BFFS! ;)

I'm so excited to be releasing my first collection of
One of a kind (OOAK) dresses - The Queen Bees at the Beach!
When I first set out to start sewing for my kiddos, a big motivator for me was that I wanted my girls to wear clothing that was truly unique and special, just like them! I think everyone deserves to feel that special! When you purchase a OOAK dress from Daydream Believers it will be truly one of a kind; I will never duplicate the exact design!
I fell in love with these sweet Hawaiian prints the moment I saw them, and just knew they would make fabulously adorable dresses!  I ordered a limited quantity of the fabric straight from Hawaii and squealed with joy when the mailman delivered it to my door! ;) It is just -SO-cute!
I will be listing the entire collection in the shop on Sunday; but since I heart my bloggy bffs, I wanted to give ya'll first dibs! ;) Here's a look at all of the pieces that are still available - if you see something you'd like, MESSAGE ME asap and I will reserve it for you!  All dresses are ready-to-ship and will be sent out within 24 hours of purchase! Whoo-hoo!
{This preview sale ends Sunday May 1 at 6am est - when all remaining pieces will be listed in the Etsy shop}

Whoo hoo - let's shop! ;) After the jump...

Sweet!

This week only, Free shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more!

Hi Friends!
Sorry for the lack of posts this week! I just wanted to pop in and tell you that the Etsy shop is back open! :)

The first collection of *one of a kind* outfits are just about ready to list! :)
Our photo shoot with Jes of Parapluie Modern Events went great! I can't wait to see the finished photos!

The girls had a blast modeling personalized tees and two of my new
*soon to be released* dress styles; The Betty and The Blair.
Here's a *Sneak Peek* of each style for you! :)

The Betty

The Blair

I am so excited to share all of the looks with you! :)
I will post more details and pictures of each style, plus all the
information on how to order and lots of pics from our fabulously fun
photo shoot, very soon! :) Have a great day!

Baby Girl's Custom Wardrobe, Part One

As I've mentioned, my sweet sister and bro-in-law are expecting
their first daughter this spring. We are all so excited for them,
and just love that there is going to be a new little lady in our tutu crew! ;)

I  LOVE designing for babies, especially girl babies! :)
I have had so much fun creating for baby L* these last few months!
Here are a few of my fav pieces from L's custom-wardrobe! :)

This sweet dress is just my sister's style!
The bold brown & white zebra with deep orange trim are
a bit unconventional for babies, but I love the combination!
The dress was made from a soft knit onesie, so it will be
comfortable for Lia to wear, and easy for mom & dad to dress her in! :)

These Amy Coe shoes matched perfectly! :)

This next onesie was designed with my brother-in-law in mind!
He is an avid sports fan and a baseball player; so I made baby girl this sweet & stylin' onesie to wear when she's at her daddy's games cheering him on! :)
{Btw, the little guy on the onesie bears a striking resemblance to my brother-in-law!} ;)
Gotta' love a ruffly bum! :) Soft red chiffon ruffles to keep things girly even at the baseball field! ;)

I love this sweet personalized bib and shabby chic embellished cap
I also made this stroller blanket to coordinate with her peace, love, baby burp cloths.

I have a few other handmade surprises in store for Baby L, but,
I can’t share them until I give them to my sister! :)

Linking up to these great parties!

J The Daydream Believers Shop will be closed
Wednesday April 6 – Wednesday April 13.
I am (thankfully) swamped and need some time to
complete all of the rad projects on my plate!
In the meantime, keep checking the website & Facebook page
for a look at what I’m working on and some
sneak peeks of “Queen Bees at the Beach” ;)

Thanks, friends!

Sweet as can BEE Baby Shower

So, my beautiful little sister and her hubs are expecting their very first baby this spring, a little girl! I am overjoyed to have another little lady in the family to dress up  uhm, design for! ;)

This weekend, we showered their sweet little family with love and well wishes at an intimate baby shower. The theme, choosen by my talented mama, was "Sweet as can BEE" - Here's a recap of the party :)

The Mama-to-BEE & Me :)

LOTS of sweets to celebrate a Sweet Baby Bee! :)

I *love* all the handmade accents!

How cute is this diaper trike she received? Love it!

It was a great afternoon!  I love that every element of this shower was handmade or personalized especially for the event; making it a truly personalized party.  I only wish I would have taken more photos! Maybe next party I'll give the kids some cameras and put them to work! ;)
